1. Donations (Non-Refundable)
All donations made towards the Samiti’s charitable activities, child welfare support, bhajan programs, or temple services are non-refundable.
Donations are treated as contributions made voluntarily for a social and religious cause.
2. Event / Program Bookings (Bhasm Aarti, Bhajan Events, Yatra, etc.)
If you have booked a service or event through the website:

Cancellations will be considered if requested within 24–48 hours of booking.

No cancellation will be accepted once arrangements or preparations have been initiated for your participation (e.g., ticketing, prasad preparation, seat allocation, travel arrangements, etc.).
In such cases, the Samiti may allow a reschedule depending on availability, but this is not guaranteed.
3. Prasad / Seva Bookings
For Prasad, Seva, or offerings booked online:

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours.

No cancellation or refund will be provided once the Prasad/Seva preparation has begun.
If there is an issue with the offering provided, kindly contact us immediately.
4. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items
If any item ordered through the platform (like Samiti merchandise or devotional items) is:

Please report it to our support team within 2 days of receiving the item.
After verification, a replacement or refund may be provided based on availability.
5. Refund Timeline
If any refund is approved by the Samiti (at our sole discretion):

6. No Refunds for Perishable or Time-Sensitive Offerings
Items such as Prasad, food offerings, or time-bound devotional services cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the Samiti identifies a genuine quality-related concern.
